Greater voter participation is improbable, particularly in lopsided or safe congressional districts -- and write essay, most congressional districts are safe. After all, a swing of one-tenth of a percent in one or several states could change the outcome of the election. Potentially, at least one electoral vote in each of the 50 states would be open to dispute every presidential election year.61 Worse, because this type of election is how to an expository School, so similar to a direct popular election system, it contains many of the same downfalls: multiple candidacies, close elections, runoffs, greater potential for how to Conestoga College fraud, and greater incentives for extremist candidates to join the fray.
