For those who were present in the last Parliament, today’s debate will be tinged with a sense of deja vu: we have, of course, debated this Bill before. If left unaltered, section 125 would stop the Government “publishing” material that deals with “any issue raised by” the referendum question. In the context of this referendum, that is unworkable and inappropriate.
